It will include 6 tie-down straps to secure it to your cargo carrier, but I recommend a lock such as the Master Lock padlock # 141T to lock the cargo bag by the zippers. In most cases if you were running air bags and a weight distribution system and still felt you needed additional suspension support like from a RAS you'd be most likely over the capacity of the truck. Now the RAS part # RAS3611-Y can easily be used with an air bag system and it would be preferred to get the suspension support from it instead of the bags.
